Gov. Bill Richardson's Statement on Senator Cruz

When I mentioned on an ABC interview that Senator Cruz should not be defined as a Hispanic I meant that Cruz like myself, are more than just Hispanic politicians. We are proud Americans interested in a variety of mainstream issues and not just immigration. Furthermore I respect Senator Cruz' right to disagree with my position on immigration. -Bill Richardson
